Ordering from MiniZoo was fine overall. The checkout was easy enough and I got through the payment without any real drama, so no major complaints there. I just felt like the payment options were a bit limited, maybe they could add things like PayPal Pay in 4 or a few more flexible choices. Not a bad experience at all, just feels like it could be a little more convenient.

I like MiniZoo overall, they’ve got some really nice models, and it’s always handy ordering from an Aussie site because shipping usually isn’t too painful. My only gripe is the stock situation. A few things I wanted were out of stock for ages, and it felt a bit like the goalposts kept moving whenever I checked back. Still a decent place to buy from, I just wish local availability was more reliable.

I tried to exchange an item it ended up being way more of a hassle than it needed to be. The replies took a while, and the return instructions were kind of confusing, which made the whole thing feel unnecessarily stressful. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from minizoo again

Well... I tried to buy a couple of figures, but the checkout kept freezing right when I got to payment. I refreshed and ended up having to enter my details again twice, which got old fast. Then the shipping price changed after I went back, not by a huge amount, but enough to be annoying and confusing. I gave up in the end. Maybe the site works better on other days, but my checkout experience was bad and just wasted my time.

I wasn’t too impressed with this order. I’m already kind of picky about shipping updates, so the fact that the tracking barely changed made it more annoying. The package did eventually show up, but it came later than expected and I spent too much time wondering where it was

I messaged them about my order they got back to me quickly. That’s pretty much what I’d hope for when checking on an order, and they made it nice and easy with no mucking around. Really happy with the help.

I like the loyalty points overall, they do add up decently over time. It took me a little while to figure out where to actually use them, though. I was checking it on my phone while making coffee one morning, so maybe I just missed it at first, but it could be a bit easier to find.

Prices were fair and the pet toys seem good quality. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, but for what I paid, I’m happy.

The refund was processed without any issues and the money showed back up not too long after. A faster update would’ve been nice, but in the end it was handled fairly. I’d give it 4 stars

My order from minizoo.com arrived really nicely packed!! The little figures were wrapped safely, and the box was just the right size without heaps of unnecessary waste. Everything showed up in perfect condition too, with no bent cards or crushed corners. Super happy with it and I’d definitely order from them again!

Delivery was literally so fast, and everything went smoothly with no dramas at all.

I had a annoying experience with Mini Zoo. Getting any clear updates felt like pulling teeth, I’d email them and get slow replies that didn’t really answer what I was asking. I kept having to follow up just to find out what was going on. On top of that, the whole thing felt handled carelessly, like no one was really paying attention to the order or the customer side of it. The products might be fine, but the communication and handling really let it down for me.

I was already in a bit of a rush when I placed the order, so it was frustrating to see the item listed as in stock and then get told afterward that it wasn’t actually available. It wasted my time and left me a bit annoyed.

I found some really cute animal toys for a birthday gift, and they were a hit. Shipping was okay, but it definitely wasn’t super fast. The delay felt preventable, so I’d probably order earlier next time just to be safe.

I’ve ordered from Minizoo a couple of times now, and to be fair, everything has arrived safely and the items were packed well. I haven’t had any real problems with the products themselves. The only thing that holds me back is the shipping cost, which feels a little high if you’re only grabbing one or two small figures. I totally understand shipping isn’t free for the store either, but a cheaper option for smaller orders would feel more reasonable and would probably make me order more often.

I also liked that the sale stuff wasn’t just random leftover items nobody wanted. Checkout was quick and easy too. Did anyone else find their sale range surprisingly good, or was I just lucky? I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on their deals again.
